Project Overview:
I had the privilege of designing the official logo for the Pakistan Students Association Turkey
(PSAT), reflecting the organization's mission and identity. The goal was to create a
visually appealing and meaningful logo that symbolized unity, culture, and collaboration among
Pakistani students in Turkey.
Objectives:
- Represent Cultural Unity: Create a logo that reflects the strong bond
between Pakistan and Turkey, showcasing shared cultural values and mutual respect.
- Establish Identity: Design a visual symbol that strengthens PSAT’s brand
identity and promotes recognition among students, organizations, and institutions.
- Versatility: Ensure the logo is adaptable for various uses, including
social media, banners, official documents, and promotional materials.
- Aesthetic Appeal: Develop a clean, modern, and professional design that
resonates with students and stakeholders.
- Inclusivity: Highlight PSAT's role in fostering collaboration and
inclusivity within the Pakistani student community in Türkiye.
Scope of Work:
Research and Inspiration:
- Conducted research on PSAT’s mission, values, and target audience.
- Analyzed visual elements representing both Pakistani and Turkish cultures for meaningful
integration.
Concept Development:
- Brainstormed multiple design ideas that symbolize unity, collaboration, and cultural
identity.
- Sketched initial concepts to explore different styles and layouts.
Design Creation:
- Used Adobe Illustrator to create digital versions of selected concepts.
- Experimented with typography, shapes, and color palettes inspired by the flags of
Pakistan and Turkey.
Client Collaboration:
- Presented design drafts to PSAT members for feedback and refinement.
- Incorporated suggestions and iterated designs to align with the association’s vision.
Finalization and Delivery:
- Delivered a high-resolution logo in various formats (PNG, JPEG, SVG) for versatile
usage.
- Provided branding guidelines, including color codes and usage recommendations.
Post-Delivery Support:
- Offered assistance for implementing the logo across platforms like social media,
websites, and print materials.
